Our client, a fast-growing family company, is seeking a highly skilled Civil Water Resource Engineer to join their team. Position Responsibilities:
- Design and develop water resource engineering projects
- Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic evaluations and analysis
- Implement stormwater management strategies and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Utilize working knowledge of design standards to create innovative engineering solutions
- Apply expertise in AASHTO, MUTCD, WEG, APWA, and AWWA to ensure compliance and quality
- Utilize ArcGIS, InfoSWMM, and CAD software for data analysis and project design
- Conduct field surveys and inspections to gather data for engineering projects
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates
Position Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in using design software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
