Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation. Key Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in real estate, trust & estates, criminal law, construction, and tax law.
* Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
* Manage all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial, including depositions and court appearances.
* Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
* Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes effectively.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active VA State Bar membership.
* 3-9 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.
* Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
