Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Reviewer I to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the initial review and accurate labeling of claimant documents related to mass tort cases involving asbestos and talc. You will review and capture data from specific supporting documents and communicate with claimants via email and phone to verify demographic information. Additionally, you will provide valuable administrative support to the Operations department, following clear guidelines and working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Primary Responsibilities
Perform data entry for various types of documentation submitted for multiple projects.
Review and evaluate limited types of documentation submitted for various projects.
Process and label newly submitted documents in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while completing tasks.
Manage general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing.
Reach out to claimants via phone and email as needed to verify information.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Competencies
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows, Word, and Excel.
Ability to adhere to basic procedures and guidelines.
Willingness to work during normal business hours.
Working Conditions
This position is primarily based in a standard office environment, requiring prolonged periods of computer use. It may involve both in-office and remote work.

Salary: $ 32,000.00 42,000.00 Per Year
