Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time Clinical Data Abstractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for abstracting and coding patient information from medical records to meet the standards of various target registries. Key Responsibilities:

Abstract and code patient data accurately from medical records
Ensure data is aligned with the requirements of specific target registries
Maintain a high accuracy rate (98% or higher IRR score)
What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of recent experience in clinical data abstraction
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Prior experience working remotely is preferred
Availability for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours per month
