We are seeking a talented Clinical Sales Engineer to join our team at Swift Medical!

The Clinical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales of medical technologies and devices, providing technical assistance, and developing relationships with healthcare professionals. This role requires a unique blend of engineering knowledge, understanding of clinical applications, and sales acumen to effectively meet the needs of medical environments. 

How You'll Make an Impact

• Sales Execution : Works closely with the lead sales executive to help the progression of the prospect and opportunity. 
• Product Demonstrations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits and functionalities of medical devices. 
• Technical Support : Provide technical guidance and support during pre-sales and sales cycles on product reviews by prospective customers. 
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including technical, clinical, and procurement staff. 
• Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and inform sales strategies. 
• Training and Education : Provide training sessions for clinical staff on the proper use of medical devices and technologies. 
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards in all sales activities. 

What You Bring To Swift

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related pre-med field.
• ​​​​​​​Proven experience in supporting medical sales or a clinical environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong technical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Understanding of clinical workflows and medical device technology, along with familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry. 
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and deliver presentations. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
