Job Description

Job Summary: Professional Care Match, LLC. is currently seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers for CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), HHA (Home Health Aide), and PCA (Personal Care Assistant) positions in Beverly, Massachusetts. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential personal care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a full-time, hourly position with immediate hire availability. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to clients such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility and transportation as needed
Administer medications and monitor changes in health status
Keep accurate records and communicate any concerns or updates to the care team
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification/license in the state of Massachusetts
Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
