Wake up in a new city, step onto the shop floor, and bring precision to life. As our traveling CNC Gear Machinist, you’ll set up and run either a CNC Gear Shaper or Gear Hobber, dialing in the details that make world-class gears. You’ll edit programs at the control—Fanuc or Siemens 840D (Solution Line/Powerline)—keep multiple machines productive (often 2–3 at once), and apply G & M codes to fine-tune every cycle. Moving work safely with hoists and cranes is second nature to you. Your background in welding and machining gives you the hands-on instincts to solve problems quickly in a dynamic environment.
We provide hotel accommodations, travel pay, overtime, and a $45 per diem for meals and gas.
