What the Ideal Candidate looks like
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader with a passion for food and a proven track record of success in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and entrepreneurial drive.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the founding team to develop and execute the company's overall business strategy.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all business functions.
Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Drive revenue growth and profitability, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
Secure funding and manage investor relations, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth trajectory.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the food industry, with a deep understanding of the CPG landscape.
Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of finance, operations, and marketing.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
