Our commitment to quality and innovation sets us apart, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Store Manager to join our team and lead our flagship store in Deerfield Beach (The Cove). The store is projected to open at the end of September.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coffee Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of our store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and developing your team, ensuring product quality, menu development, and driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop and iced treats store
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
• Manage inventory, order supplies (including food), and maintain stock levels
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure all costs are in line with budget and financial goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Collaborate with corporate and management to achieve business goals
• Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Work closely with the marketing team to build brand recognition
• This location will serve as a training store for all future franchisees and Area Developers
• Pilar offers a unique menu selection to cater to breakfast, lunch, and early night "chill" options

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Knowledge of coffee and iced treats preparation techniques
• Comprehensive food knowledge, including food safety standards and preparation techniques
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and financial reports
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
