About Us:
We're developing an AI-driven platform that revolutionizes how people access and receive mental healthcare through intelligent matching, personalized therapeutic experiences, and innovative treatment delivery methods.
The Role:
As Technical Co-Founder/CTO, you'll be instrumental in:
- Architecting and building our core AI-powered platform from the ground up
- Leading technical strategy and innovation
- Building and mentoring a world-class engineering team
- Driving product development alongside the founding team
- Making key technical decisions that will shape the company's future
Essential Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD preferred) in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field from a top-tier university
List of preferred universities (Stanford, IIT, MIT, Carnegie Mellon, UC, Georgia Tech, ETH Zurich, Cambridge, Toronto, etc.)
- 8+ years of technology experience, with 2+ years in healthcare technology is preferred
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, particularly in NLP and predictive analytics
- Strong background in building HIPAA-compliant healthcare platforms
- Experience with cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Track record of leading technical teams and driving innovation
