Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
The Project Manager/Estimator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial painting projects while providing accurate cost estimates. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of commercial paint and coatings to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements
• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial painting and coatings projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial paints and coatings
• Excellent estimating skills with attention to detail
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
