Gpac is partnering with a well‑established roofing contractor in business for over 20 years. The company specializes in re‑roofs, new construction, and tenant improvements and needs a top‑performing Estimator to help drive their next phase of growth.

Role Overview:

As a Roofing Estimator, you will:

* Prepare and submit competitive bids
* Conduct site evaluations or review project documents to gather all necessary measurements and specifications.
* Produce detailed material takeoffs, labor estimates, and cost proposals.
* Present and negotiate estimates with clients, ensuring clarity around scope, pricing, and roofing system options.
* Leverage your expertise in key roofing systems-Single‑Ply, TPO, and PVC-to guide project design and value engineering.
* Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Production teams to align expectations and deliver on budget.
* Track actual project costs versus estimates for continuous improvement of accuracy and profitability.

What Company is Looking For:

* Bid Success: Demonstrated history of winning $1.5 - $3 million in bids (annual sales won).
* Technical Know‑How: Deep knowledge of Single‑Ply, TPO, and PVC roofing systems.
* Software Proficiency: Experience with Edge (estimation software).
* Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent bids.
* Communication & Negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to clients.
* Local Presence: Based in or willing to travel within a 50‑mile radius of Sacramento, CA.
* Experience: 3+ years in roofing or related construction estimating roles.
