Job Description

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic School Auditorium Tech to help us create unforgettable experiences for our students, staff, and community. As a School Auditorium Tech for Osseo Area Schools you'll inspire and prepare each and every scholar to achieve their dreams; contribute to the community; and engage in a lifetime of learning. 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively operate the sound board and light board in the auditorium.
  • Provide excellent customer service; direct customer needs to the appropriate on-site administrator during auditorium events.
  • Monitor area for safety.  Report any safety issues to the Auditorium Manager.
  • Work with the Auditorium Manager to maintain the inventory list of current equipment/supplies as well as equipment supplies needed.
  • Understand and be able to handle basic equipment set up, i.e. projectors, screens.
  • Report any concerns immediately to the Auditorium Manager.
  • Be in attendance during scheduled shifts.  Inform supervisor of any conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • At least 16 years old
  • Attend and complete any required training        
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work with a variety of people
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to physically handle all required equipment

Salary and Work Schedule: $17.00/hour; Casual, Part-time, work hours vary depending on when events needing auditorium staff support are scheduled
