We have an opening for a:
Compliance & Privacy Officer (onsite or remote)

The Compliance & Privacy Officer is a full-time remote or onsite position. This position examines, evaluate, and investigate eligibility for or conformity with laws and regulations governing contract compliance and perform other compliance and analysis activities. This position is an ad hoc member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) regarding any compliance concerns. This position plays a key role in providing multi-state compliance, regulations, privacy, contract support, and support to the executive leadership; and system and procedure development and maintenance for contracts.

This position is a full-time remote position, the successful candidate would have strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management, Healthcare Compliance, Auditing, or equivalent experience/education and at least 5 years of Healthcare Compliance/Regulations is preferred. Targeted compensation for this position is $58,000 - $77,000 a year. First review of candidates will be on May 23rd, 2024 and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
