Compliance Operations Associate
This is an apprenticeship opportunity.
This is a hybrid role in New York NY.

About this Position
You will support the Consumer Deposit Product Operations team ensuring our Checking Savings and IRA products meet operational regulatory and compliance standards. Through coaching and training youll contribute to maintaining strong compliance while enabling business growth and operational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Operational Excellence Compliance Risk and Product teams to design control tests and oversight activities.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to internal policies and standards for deposit products.
• Conduct compliance testing including oversight of KRIs PRSA controls and RBST testing.
• Support oversight of the AXP alert response system including issue escalations and risk outcomes.
• Assist in closing Management and Compliance Action Plans for Consumer Banking Product Management.
• Promote a compliance mindset across the Consumer Deposit Products organization.
• Build strong relationships with backoffice servicing technology compliance privacy legal and product teams.

Additional Information

• Hybrid role with an expectation to work onsite.
• Participation in routine background checks and clearances required.
• 12month Apprenticeship with the opportunity to apply for permanent fulltime roles at completion.

Pay Rate

• $36/HR
