Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Compounding Pharmacy Technician in Jacksonville, Florida! This role is on site / in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Three-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm (8 hour shift)

Pay: $23.66 to $25.66 an hour

Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician :

·         IV compounding (antibiotics, TPN, Milrinone, hydration)

·         Cleaning of sterile complex and pharmacy prep area

·         Responsible for restocking + labeling medications

·         Strong organizational, detail and follow-up skills in order to achieve stated goals.

·         Ability to solve problems for which standards solutions may not be available; can identify problem and deter best solution

·         Ability to handle multiple activities and deadlines.

·         Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

·         Ability to work in an organized and calm fashion in a busy environment.

·         Ability to perform tasks or other activities with limited opportunities for deviation from approved practices and procedures.

Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician :

·         High School Graduate or GED

·         Pharmacy Technician License in Florida, active and in good standing

·         1+ years of pharmacy technician experience within retail, mail order, long-term care or hospital setting

·         2+ years of Compounding experience, preferred
