Job Description: Residential Carpenter Laborer / Carpenter

Job Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated Residential Carpenter Laborer / Carpenter with skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and basic renovations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take direction well and work independently.

Responsibilities:

* Perform carpentry tasks: framing, door/window installation, cabinetry, trim work.
* Assist with plumbing: fixture installation, leak repairs, drainage.
* Handle essential electrical work: wiring, outlet installation, and troubleshooting.
* Execute renovation tasks: drywall, painting, flooring, tile work.
* Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
* Maintain a clean, safe worksite and ensure project quality.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

* Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and renovations.
* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
