INSURANCE DEFENSE | CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ATTORNEY

New Orleans / Baton Rouge

Seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in NOLA and Baton Rouge, a minimum 2-5 years of Insurance Defense experience with a focus in Construction Litigation for a premier full-service law firm, well-established and known for providing high quality litigation across Louisiana. With multiple offices expanding, we are needing the ideal candidate to have familiarity working with general contractors/subcontractors in Building, Employment Litigation, Contract Review, Wage and Hour, Workplace Harassment; Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Investigate, evaluate, settle construction-related loss claims

* Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research

* Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motion

* Exceptional written and verbal communication; Strong interpersonal skillset required
