DescriptionThe Employee Listening Research and Strategy team , within the People, Purpose, and Brand Analytics team, focuses on the design, socialization and evolution of our employee listening strategy to optimize employee experience and effectively meet business needs. As part of the Employee Listening Research and Strategy team, you will play a critical role in designing and conducting employee experience research (both internal and external) to address critical business questions and inform strategic workforce decisions. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact with our People, Purpose and Brand stakeholders, consult on employee experience research programs such as our performance pulse, lifecycle surveys, and intercept studies, conduct analyses leveraging existing employee sentiment data and conduct ad hoc research to identify actionable insights to improve the experience for employees across our business units and markets.
