Job Title: Controller
Job Location: San Francisco, CA (Fully Onsite)
Job Salary: $170,000 - $200,000
Requirements: 
1.) 10+ years of accounting and finance experience
2.) 5+ years of people leadership experience

3.) Extensive GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience

4.) ERP system experience

5.) Proficient with Excel
6.) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
7.) Able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA

What You Will Be Doing
The Controller will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations while providing accurate financial reporting and strategic insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards
• Oversee the budgeting process and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and internal controls
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Implement and maintain an effective ERP system for financial management
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for strategic planning
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks

1.) 10+ years of accounting and finance experience

Pluses (Not required): 
1.) CPA or CPA Candidate
2.) M&A, Transportation or Supply Chain industry experience
3 .) Regulatory reporting and internal controls experience
