We are a leading accounting firm seeking a talented and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position, offering you the freedom and flexibility to work from anywhere.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage the preparation and review of complex tax returns for real estate and construction clients.
Provide expert tax advice: Advise clients on a wide range of tax issues, including 1065s, 1031 exchanges, special allocations, and cost segregation studies.
Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Contribute to firm growth: Participate in client engagements and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
What You'll Bring:

Active CPA license.
5+ years of recent public accounting experience, with a strong focus on real estate and construction clients.
Expertise in reviewing complex tax returns, including partnerships, S corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with tax software (CCH Axcess & Engagement preferred).
