Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Manager to play a key role in supporting our marketing and website development projects. This person will handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
Account Management: Managing client accounts, presenting strategies, and planning account activities.
Project Management: Developing project plans, preparing documentation (SOW, briefs, schedules), and organizing presentations.
Strategy Development: Assisting with brand, communication, marketing, and launch strategies.
Creative Oversight: Supporting the creative process, from user experience to web and graphic design.
Copywriting: Contributing to creative and technical writing tasks.
Digital Marketing: Assisting with social media, email campaigns, SEO, Google Ads, and more.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilizing tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to prepare reports.
Presentation Support: Creating compelling presentations using Google Slides, InDesign, etc.
We're searching for someone who is eager to grow with us, while bringing strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to the team.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency.
A blend of creativity, marketing, and tech-savviness, with experience in digital marketing.
Strong communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage several projects at once.
Experience working with diverse clients, vendors, and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Asana.
Comfortable working on a Mac and using Apple products.
Proximity to our Hollywood office is preferred but not required.
