Role Overview: We are looking for a Creative Content Producer & Video Editor who will play a pivotal role in taking our content production to the next level. You will be responsible for producing, editing, and optimizing high-quality videos and other multimedia content that will captivate our audience and drive engagement across social media platforms. Your creative vision and technical expertise will help us stand out in a crowded market and build a strong, engaging online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit a variety of video content, including client testimonials, podcasts, webinars, promotional videos, and social media clips.
• Create short-form content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring each piece is optimized for maximum engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, from conceptualization to final edits, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• Implement creative storytelling techniques to highlight the unique value of Rechat’s platform and our clients’ success stories.
• Travel to events, client locations, and company functions to shoot photos and videos, ensuring all content is produced and edited to the highest standard.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production, editing, and social media to continuously improve our content strategy.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of video content and make informed decisions to enhance future productions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video producer and editor, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video content, including short-form social media clips.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Demonstrate appreciation for innovative design and the ability to produce high-quality, polished, production-grade work is essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content on each.
• Experience with graphic design and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Experience with photography fundamentals and photo editing software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Willingness to travel as needed to capture content on-site, such as attending events, company functions or at client’s offices
