Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Reservation Management: Handle all aspects of hotel reservations, from inquiries and bookings to confirming room availability.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person, assisting with reservations, changes, cancellations, and any special requests.
  • Seamless Check-In/Check-Out: Guide clients through check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
  • Transaction Processing: Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts with precision.
