Job Summary Car Wash Associates are the face of Harper Auto Wash and play a crucial role in creating great customer experiences. Responsibilities* Customer service, attentiveness, cheerfulness, and authenticity are non-negotiables and critical to success in this role

• Greet each Wash customer with a warm, genuine smile, and cheerfully greet members by name when they visit the interior cleaning tunnel
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers
• Safely direct customers into the wash tunnel, while adhering to process and protocol
• Perform interior cleaning services, including vacuuming and window cleaning, with careful attention to detail
• Continuously monitor the quality of work and identify any issues or damage, promptly reporting them to the supervising manager
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain an efficient, smooth-running operation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications* Exceptional customer service skills and a naturally friendly, outgoing personality

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Valid driver's license
