Customer Service Representative - (WORK FROM HOME SETUP) 

AO Globe Life is looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Insurance Sales team. This remote position offers you the chance to work from home, provide excellent customer service, and earn commission while helping individuals protect their future with life insurance solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Sales Support : Assist clients by explaining and selling life insurance products to meet their needs.
  • Customer Inquiries : Address customer questions about policies, coverage, and pricing, providing clear, accurate, and helpful information.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client’s satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow-Up : Provide timely follow-up and ensure clients are satisfied with their insurance choices.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on insurance products and company offerings to provide the best recommendations.
  • Sales Targets : Help meet sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and promoting additional insurance services.
