Day-to-Day Job Description
A global data and analytics company is looking for a Data Analyst in the Oklahoma City area. This person will be joining the Data Production group responsible for manipulating data, utilizing ETL tools to consume and process data and create reports. This person will be working in a Scrum environment, doing 2-week sprints. We're seeking someone with a Computer Science or MIS Degree who is looking for a career in Data Analytics, rather than full-on development. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Data Analytics experience utilizing SQL (joins, unions, stored procedures), GUI technologies (Pentaho Kettle for ETL and LaserFish for processing), and Excel (v-lookups, functions, pivot tables). This person will be joining a team of 9, and there is an opportunity to grow into leadership down the line. There will be extensive training to get candidates up to speed on the data, and teams processes.
Compensation $20/hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills And Requirements Must-haves
- 1-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst (internships, full time roles, school projects)
- Pending or Completed Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS (Management Information Systems), Data Science, Computer Information Systems, or other IT-related degree (with a desire to be in Data Analytics)
- Excel skills including V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, building reports, pulling data from cubes, functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Proactive, Follow-up) Plusses
- SQL skills (unions, inner/outer joins, stored procedures, etc.)
- Knowledge of Legal data/processes null
