Description Our client is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to play a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date company records. Key Responsibilities: + Data Management: Accurately input, update, and verify data into systems and databases while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy. + Quality Control: Monitor and validate data entries to identify and correct errors. + Records Maintenance: Process, organize, and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval and completeness. + Reporting: Generate routine and ad-hoc reports using data systems to support decision-making. + Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, such as scanning, filing, and responding to email correspondence. + Confidentiality: Handle sensitive data responsibly, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable data protection laws. Requirements + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with data entry software. + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Experience in data entry or administrative roles (1+ years preferred). + High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus.
