You derive satisfaction from developing data science pipelines, providing deeper insights and data advancements in decision making to your customers. Model selection, feature tuning, and explainability make up your foundation. You are as comfortable collaborating directly with your customers as you are developing any technical part of a project’s lifecycle from inception to production support. You recognize that delivering value to customers and employees is as crucial as technical accuracy and mitigating cognitive bias. You are an advocate for delivering efficient data engineering pipelines as well as effectively visualizing and telling a story with data. You thrive in an Agile Scrum environment where delivering value in AI, machine learning and data science operations in accordance with business priorities is paramount. Your inquisitive, open-minded, and your critical thinking nature drives you to solve problems and draw meaningful conclusions. You have a talent for simplifying complex ideas and concepts and effectively communicating them to internal clients.
Provides deep knowledge discovery through data inference and exploration. Uses mathematic and algorithmic techniques to solve analytically complex business problems and enables intelligent strategy development, leveraging large sets of raw information to identify otherwise hidden insights. Works with business stakeholders to identify data science use cases and expected outcomes. Models and frames meaningful business scenarios which materially impact critical business processes and/or decisions. Operationalizes data science concepts into day-to-day operations to drive insights and continual improvement.
