Job Description

Dealer Trade Driver Toyota of Cool Springs is looking for a safe driver to help get new vehicles moved between Toyota dealerships. Work flexible hours with the ability to consistently hit 30-40 hours per week. Local and long distance runs are available. Responsibilities The Dealer Trade Driver is responsible for delivering vehicles to/from Toyota dealerships and customers in a safe and timely manner. The Dealer Trade Driver communicates with Sales staff and management team.

Uses good judgment and safe driving skills at all times
Keeps a timely route
Maintains a professional appearance
Keeps assigned vehicles neat and organized
Fills vehicle with fuel (as needed or directed by guidelines/supervisor)
Ensure that vehicle identification numbers and stock number of each vehicle match paperwork.
Ensure copies of dealer invoice accompany paperwork for each vehicle.
Ensure that the vehicle being traded is clean and undamaged before leaving the lot.
Ensure all reference guides, keys, wheel locks etc., accompany all traded vehicles.
Notify Sales Manager immediately if any damage is found on vehicle being traded
Note any missing keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats, etc. Makes every effort to ensure these items accompany the appropriate vehicle

Qualifications

Must be 25 years or older
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to operate a variety of cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. The ability to drive manual transmissions is a plus, but not required.
Effective communicator
Professional appearance and work ethic
Be able to work at a moment's notice
