Diesel Mechanic

Position Overview
Our company is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose problems with diesel engines and related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, lubrication, and tune-ups
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components
• Test and adjust diesel engine systems to ensure proper performance and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Diesel Mechanic
• Proven experience working with diesel engines and related equipment
• Strong knowledge of Cummins engines
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
