Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $47,000–$62,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

• Collaborate with the SmartDollar marketing team to create innovative solutions that attract high-value, large-market client opportunities.
• Develop fresh ideas and craft engaging designs for digital and print, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.
• Partner with copywriters and marketers to produce impactful and compelling deliverables, including campaign journeys, landing pages, paid media assets, event kits, presentations, PDFs, promotional materials, and more.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3–5 years of experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have at least 1 year of experience using Figma.
• You have 3+ years of in-house or agency experience working alongside marketing and creative teams.

What Winning Looks Like:

As a designer, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver strategic creative solutions. You'll help craft compelling journeys that connect to our target audience, point to our brand values, and help achieve business results. Your work will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility through communicating our product's value and testing multiple solutions quickly in the marketplace. You’ll bring a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement, showing empathy for other roles and actively seeking feedback early and often.
