Bison Energy, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Representatives. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. Your passion for renewable energy and your ability to build strong relationships will drive success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through canvassing door to door.
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and provide tailored solutions for their energy needs.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess customers' energy usage and create customized proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and after installation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and financing options to effectively advise customers.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in direct sales or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Knowledge or interest in renewable energy, particularly solar energy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
