What You'll Do: As a DSP Career Coach, you'll be the guiding star for our clients, helping them navigate the path to success. Your days will be filled with:

Coaching and mentoring individuals to develop job duties, responsibilities and skills.
Providing support and encouragement to individuals so that they can reach their full potential and elevate their job performance.
Creating personalized plans to help clients achieve their career aspirations.
Building strong, positive relationships with employers and community partners

Salary: $17/hr

What We're Looking For:

Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
A friendly, upbeat personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
No experience necessary; all training provided.
Required background, OIG, and MVR clearance.
Capable of physical movement and lifting up to 50 lbs.
