R equired Skills and Abilities:

• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage project engineers and project managers, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
• Proven skills in creating and implementing project strategies that align with organizational goals, including resource planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies tools, and best practices to ensure effective project execution.
• Highly skilled in identifying issues, analyzing complex challenges, and making informed, data-driven decisions.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and effectively manage client expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project goals, timelines, and requirements to both clients and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical abilities to track and report on project performance metrics.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and continuously seek process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Education and Experience:

• 5 years in project management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing project managers and/or project engineers.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Experience with technology or Managed Service Provider (MSP) projects is desirable.
