**Position Summary...** This role of Director, Shop Experience will play a critical part of the Shopping Strategy, to ultimately fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full. This position will understand store complexities and operations - especially on inventory movement - and identify and drive higher fulfillment rates. This role will lead the team to build out a full roadmap of technology and product development and test, deploy and track. Additionally, this roles team will orchestrate resources to deliver a better experience through in-stock improvements, optional navigation and reduced friction for the shopper. **What you'll do...** + Ability to concept and develop a comprehensive strategy, based on data, user and associate feedback + Ability to create an aligned roadmap with resource allocation and value delivery + Ability to create compelling presentations with data, customer feedback, and connecting to team and company goals + Ability to clearly and efficiently led teams to accomplish stated objectives + Ability to apply technology to enable strategy + Developing overall strategy for the shop experience for Last Mile delivery + Converting data analysis into executable strategy + team leadership and guidance + prioritization of roadmap initiatives, to drive leadership alignment and value + Owning and driving vision and outcomes including shopper experience, in-stock and business objectives + Presentation to leadership and stakeholders At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
