Build Your Career with Ashley Distribution Center Supervisor Schedule: Sun-Thurs 3pm-11:30pm What Will You Do? You will plan, direct, and assign work activities in a distribution department. Support and implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions. Manage and improve functional areas and institute performance measures through use and interpretations of Continuous Improvement tools. Improve working conditions and processes (safety, quality, productivity, and cost) including supporting and directing employee to participate in improvement programs.
Pay : Hourly range $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Shift Differentials : Additional $2.00 per hour if your schedule includes a Saturday for all hours worked, must be present on Saturday to receive shift differential
Additional $2.00 per hour if your schedule inclused a Sunday for all hours worked, must be present on Sunday to receive shift differential
Additional $1.00 per hour for working night shifts
*Shift differentials can be combined if your schedule includes both weekend days
What Do You Need? - High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
- Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
- 2 years in a distribution center environment, Required
- Previous experience in supervision, Required
- Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required.
