Job Description

Fremont Ford is looking to for an EXPERIENCED DMV Title Clerk to our office! We are a dynamic and growing dealership with a commitment to excellence and we strive to create a positive and supportive work environment for our team members. This is an onsite Monday-Friday position with a pay range of $30-$35 per hour DOE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Process vehicle title paperwork accurately and efficiently for three stores * Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for vehicle title transfers and registrations * Communicate with customer, banks, and government agencies to resolve any title issues or discrepancies * Processing wholesales * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state regulations regarding vehicle titles and registrations * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle transactions * Schedule Reconciliation * Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have previous experience processing DMV paperwork for a dealership

• Experience with DMVDesk

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite with Excel. * Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
