Job Description

Seeking hardworking, organized, and self-motivated individuals to join our canine coach team. We have full and part-time positions available from entry-level to those requiring more dog experience. Opportunities for growth for those who want to have a career working with dogs. Option to bring the personal dog to join playgroups when all criteria are met.

Qualifications

The current business need is for individuals with open availability to work all shifts, including weekends, and willingness to work throughout the year without restrictions.

• 18 years of age or older
• Pet lover! Able to interact positively with all sizes, types, and breeds of dogs
• Able to lift to 50 pounds
• A positive attitude and demeanor at all times

Canine Coach responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Maintaining and facilitating safe and fun play for dogs in off-leash playgroups
• Staying continuously on your feet and moving to show the dogs attention and care
• Must maintain consistent time and attendance standards plus dress code at all times
• Giving dogs baths and nail trims as part of daily assignments
• Ability to work in a team and effectively communicate both orally and written
• Previous professional experience working with dogs is not necessary but is a plus
• Ability to take on heavy cleaning daily (lots of dogs means lots of cleaning)

Additional information

• Pay will depend on experience - from personal ownership of dogs only to previous professional experience working with dogs.
