Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Driver Education Instructor to join a team dedicated to enhancing road safety and fostering responsible driving habits in our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of road safety, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behind-the-wheel driving instruction for students.
Develop and deliver engaging lessons that meet state curriculum standards.
Provide personalized instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student.
Create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.
Utilize innovative teaching methods to help students not only meet but exceed road safety standards.
Administer driving tests by state regulations.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's Education Instructor Certification.
FBI/BCI background check completed within the last 90 days.
Physical exam completed within the past year.
Proven experience as a Driver Education Instructor.
Strong knowledge of state driving laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit a diverse group of learners.
Patient, supportive, and dedicated to promoting safe driving.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Experience working with diverse student populations.
Knowledge of local driving challenges in the region.
