Drywall Foreman

About Us

We're seeking a qualified Drywall Foreman to oversee projects, lead crews, and ensure efficiency and quality in the field.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage drywall and metal framing crews to ensure quality workmanship.
* Read and interpret blueprints to maintain project accuracy (layout experience is a plus).
* Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to meet project schedules.
* Order and manage materials to keep projects running efficiently.
* Enforce company safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance.
* Track job progress, document changes, and submit RFIs as needed.
* Troubleshoot challenges on-site to maintain productivity.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in drywall and metal framing installation/supervision.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
* Ability to work night shifts when needed.
* Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
* OSHA 30 certification required ; lift and scaffold certifications preferred.
