Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 per year

About the Role

As a Dynamics 365 Developer , you will leverage your expertise in D365 Finance & Operations to design, develop, and optimize business solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong developer background, proficiency in C# and .NET , and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Familiarity with legacy programming languages such as C++ and Python is a must, along with a forward-thinking mindset to adapt to evolving technologies.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning technical solutions with strategic business goals, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced performance across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within the D365 Finance & Operations platform.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver robust solutions.
• Lead the development of custom modules and integrations using C# , .NET , and related technologies.
• Apply "old school" programming expertise (e.g., C++ , Python ) to troubleshoot legacy systems while maintaining a forward-thinking approach to technological advancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new features in Dynamics 365 , driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development and customization.
• Proven expertise in C# , .NET , and familiarity with legacy languages such as C++ and Python .
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to approach challenges with strategic planning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
