We are looking for an Early Years Teacher for a Family center based in Shanghai’s Qingpu district. This is a full-time position starting ASAP.
Job responsibilities
Together with teaching assistant, support the children in their learning‐journey from Tuesday to Saturday During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to students aged 0-3 as assigned by the center, creating an English learning environmentProvide emotional/therapeutic support to address behavioral challengesLead parent workshops and collaborate with families to strengthen home learning environmentsAdvocate for families’ access to resourcesOrganize events, track student progress, and maintain program recordsPartner with social workers, counselors, and community organizations for holistic support.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or related field of studyAt least 2 years’ related teaching experienceExperience in art teaching is preferredExcellent English communicative skills
