Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician Services on site at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Charlie Norwood VA Health Care System.
Place of Performance : Contractor shall furnish services at the Charlie Norwood VA Health Care System, 950 15th Street, Augusta, GA 30901.
Board Certification : All contractor’s physicians shall be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
VA Business Hours : The ED operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including Federal Holidays. Work shifts are as followed, with no on-call or off-hours coverage. Shift times are subject to change, based on ED volumes and utilization of APPs at the sole discretion of VA management to meet the Veteran care needs.
License : The contract physician(s) assigned by the Contractor to perform the services covered by this contract shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia when services are performed onsite on VA property.
