### What You'll Do:
- Review and analyze client financial documents and prepare IRS, FTB, EDD, and CDTFA forms.
- Assist in tax audits and controversies, working closely with attorneys on client cases.
- Prepare personal and business tax returns in conjunction with client representation.
- Communicate complex tax issues to clients in an easy-to-understand way.
- Attend audits and meetings in Los Angeles as needed.

### What We're Looking For:
✔ Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) license.
✔ 3-5 years of tax collection, controversy, or resolution experience.
✔ Former IRS Revenue Officer, Revenue Agent, or Auditor? That's a huge plus!
✔ Strong experience in personal and corporate tax return preparation.
✔ Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
✔ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
