We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the Chesterfield and surrounding area. As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. Your primary role will be to assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and providing them with suitable coverage options. • Implement our proven sales system in the field that is taught in training
• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
• Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients
• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
• Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career
• Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
• Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
