Fusion HCR is hiring! Entry-level React Backend Developer, Onsite in Las Vegas NV. 3-month contract to hire.

We are working on exciting sports interactive applications and are looking for a motivated and innovative developer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience working on high-impact projects within the sports industry.

Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level React Backend Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of backend services for interactive sports applications. You’ll work closely with our frontend and UX teams to ensure seamless integration and high performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using React and related technologies.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to deliver fully integrated solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Debug and resolve application issues.
• Assist in optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with backend development (internships, academic projects, or personal projects are welcome).
• Proficiency with JavaScript and React framework.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Node.js and database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Passion for sports and interactive applications is a plus!
