Estate and Document Attorney (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated Estate and Document Attorney to join our Tax and Wealth Management teams. In this role, you will work directly with clients on a remote basis, collaborating with their financial professionals, including Financial Advisors, Tax Attorneys, CPAs, Accountants, and Health Care Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive estate planning solutions.
Create and problem-solve while utilizing resources from outside counsel or crafting your own documents.
Conduct client meetings, providing leadership and support to both clients and employees.
Stay informed about the latest state laws affecting estate planning.
Work alongside other law firms, leveraging as a valuable referral source to enhance your billable hours.
Benefit from an established client base, as we provide you with clients who are already part of our network.
Requirements:

Entry-level attorneys are welcome to apply (must have passed the State Bar).
Compensation ranges from $250 to $350 per hour, with uncapped earning potential (estimated between $500K - $1M+).
This position requires no travel.
You will receive an established book of business with over 100 households, each with average client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to execute a proven presentation system.
Strong leadership skills and decisiveness in guiding client interactions.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborative mindset, able to transform ideas into strategies in conjunction with Tax, Business, and Financial Advisors.
