What youll be doing:
Document management for plans sets Assisting estimators with Request for Quotes (RFQs) from Vendors Plan review Specification review Quantity takeoff Other duties as assigned
What were looking for:
Rising Junior or Senior majoring in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or other related construction business degree Associates Degree; or a minimum of 2 years of previous administrative experience Field or Office experience in Electrical Contracting Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Teams Proficiency in Bluebeam Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner Ability to communicate both verbally and thorough writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner Ability to multitask Ability to prioritize and organize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner Ability to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentations Ability to provide keen attention to detail
