Job Title: Event Coordinator 
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Reports To: Tom Hodgson

Overview:
Shrunk 3D, the world’s first mobile 3D scanning studio, is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate events, team-building activities, and partnerships with large companies. This individual will play a critical role in integrating Shrunk 3D into existing events, as well as leveraging our unique 3D scanning technology for promotional purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
Networking and Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with event coordinators, corporate marketing departments, and large companies to promote Shrunk 3D as an event enhancement.
Corporate and Promotional Partnerships: Secure opportunities for Shrunk 3D to be used as a promotional product, including offering companies the option to place their logos on the bases of our statues. Identify potential partnerships for corporate branding and marketing initiatives.

Fundraising and Schools: Explore fundraising opportunities with schools, allowing students to be scanned for Shrunk 3D statues. Coordinate with companies to sponsor these initiatives and add their logos to the statues.
Event Coordination: Organize and manage Shrunk 3D’s presence at various events, ensuring all logistics (such as securing a 10x20 space and power requirements) are in place. Manage event setup, including transporting the Shrunk 3D trailer, setting up the booth, and handling operations.

Event Staffing: Either personally oversee events or delegate the task to part-time employees. Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to operate Shrunk 3D’s technology and provide exceptional customer service.
Event Management  :Track event performance, gather feedback, and work to improve future activations. Coordinate post-event logistics, including transporting the trailer back to the office.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or corporate networking.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of corporate marketing or promotional products is a plus.
- Ability to transport, set up, and manage the Shrunk 3D trailer and equipment (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with corporate partnerships and team-building activities.
- Familiarity with schools and fundraising initiatives.
- Ability to think creatively about integrating Shrunk 3D into existing events to enhance experiences for attendees.
